Paper Guidelines
General notes
- Accepted papers presented by the author in person at the conference will be included in the TPEC 2026 proceedings submitted to the IEEEXplore® digital library.
- The TPEC 2026 is an IEEE Industry Application Society (IEEE-IAS) sponsored conference, so all accepted papers are eligible to be invited for review for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications or the IEEE Industry Applications Magazine.
- All manuscripts will be screened using IEEE CrossCheck for plagiarism. Submissions that violate IEEE Publication Policy may be rejected, even if accepted in peer review.
- Proofread carefully to ensure no revisions are needed after submission.

- Use US Letter (8.5″ × 11″) paper size.
- Limit papers to 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- Embed all fonts in your PDF file; Type 3 fonts are not permitted.
Submission
- Submit your manuscript via EasyChair.
- Submit the IEEE copyright agreement via EasyChair (you will receive an email from EasyChair with instructions).
- Revise your manuscript by incorporating reviewer comments (available in your acceptance notification email and on EasyChair)
- Verify that your paper follows the formatting and copyright notice (see below) requirements.
- Validate your PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress Plus (see below). Download the verified file but do not change the file name.
- Upload the verified manuscript to EasyChair as a proceeding author (do not rename the file).
